Call me naïve if you like, but does Toyota mean that it is easy to steal in so short a time? If he had been on a queue maybe I would understand.

Meaning what undecided

"It was gathered that several cars belonging to customers had been stolen from the parking lot despite the presence of private security guards and policemen.

A police officer attached to the bank disclosed that a car was similarly taken away by thieves a few days ago."

cool

The private security must be investigated thoroughly.

I see some connivance with these car thieves
,

Let me borrow Sherlock Holmes thinking hat
1. ATM is not working.
2.There couldn't be a crowd round a malfunction ATM
3. Time taken was very minimal
4. These incident was not the first . There was a recent incident. So security should have been beefed up.
5. Something is fishy with the security if they were there.

That's why I don't drive common cars. Even if the thief stole it, he wouldn't know what to do with it.

Very poor Sherlock Holmes reasoning.
Sherlock Holmes would have determined the distance from where he packed to the ATM, used his height to estimate his stride and possible time he took to get there. He would have determine where he was before he came to the ATM, if that place was less convenient to steal the car, if yes, maybe he was trailed, if no the thief was lurking around.
If he was lurking around why his car in particular, was his car more exotic or just easy to steal?
With his magnifying glass he will try to analyze the steps of the thief before he entered the car etc

Sambisa forest is now safer than Abuja from the recent analysis?

Never safe again to portray the capital city of the country

Abakiliki is the best option to move the nation capital there.

Always secure your Car. When you park, lock your steering and put up additional security. Thieves don't want anything that will waste their time.

People should please learn to lock their car manually with the key when parking in a public area. That way if there's someone sitting in a car nearby watching for their next victim, it will not be you.
When you lock your car with the manual key, it does not send the security code, but if you use the remote key it sends the code through the airwaves where it will be easily intercepted by the device they use.

*"NELSON MANDELA, former SOUTH AFRICAN PRESIDENT, wrote a personal awesome story":*

*After I became PRESIDENT, I asked one day some members of my close protection to stroll with me in the city, have lunch at one of its restaurants. We sat in one of the downtown restaurants and all of us asked for some sort of food..._*
*After a while, the waiter brought us our requests, I noticed that there is someone sitting in front of my table waiting for food.*
*I told then one of the soldiers: Go and ask that person to join us with his food and eat with us. The soldier went and asked the man so. The man brought up his food and sat by my side as I asked and began to eat. His hands were trembling constantly until everyone had finished their food and the man went. The soldier said to me: the man was apparently quite sick. His hands trembled as he ate!!!*

*"No, not at all," said MANDELA.*
*"This man was the GUARD of the PRISON where I was JAILED.*
*Often, after the torture I was subjected to, I USED TO SCREAM and ASK for A LITTLE WATER.*
*"The very same man used to come every time and URINATE ON MY HEAD INSTEAD"...;*

*so I found him scared, trembling, expecting me to reciprocate now, at least in the same way, either by torturing him or imprisoning him as I AM NOW THE PRESIDENT of the STATE OF SOUTH AFRICA...*

*"BUT THIS IS NOT MY CHARACTER NOR PART OF MY ETHICS"!!!.*

*The MENTALITY of RETALIATION DESTROYS STATES, while the MENTALITY of TOLERANCE BUILDS NATIONS.*

*"The WEAK can NEVER FORGIVE ... FORGIVENESS is the attribute of the STRONG".*

LOL....

But Sherlock homes won't go for that line.
It is the miniscule things he goes for .
He won't check for stride or exotic nature.
It is left for ordinary police to do that work.
They will check for lurking , exotice, stride etc.
