Recently got the Umidigi A5 pro but here is my observation with glo 4g. Firstly, your sim has to be provisioned for the glo 4g (best place to do that is any glo office as those road hawkers selling glo 4g sims don't even have the sims provisioned for glo 4g). Secondly, you need a 4g enabled device with band 28, umidigi a5 pro and a3 pro are some of those. Then lastly, you must have a running data subscription cause I observe once my data is exhausted the glo network switches back to 3g from 4g until I make a new data subscription.... Just my little contribution oooo.

And I decided to settle for umidigi a3 pro. My device was delivered on Wednesday. So far, everything have been smooth. Mine came with android 9. Nd I also received a wireless update this morning. The device is very fast, camera is very good, connectivity is also very good. I must confess, it's the best phone av used so far.

was performing a simple task on my umi A5 pro, was moving a file from memory card to phone. Phone froze when I got to 100% , then pushed the power , phone hasn't come up since and has been slightly heating since then!
Phone was at 90% when this happened
charge it still won't turn on keeps heating slightly!
it's just 6 days I received the phone.
went to an engineer he tried flashing, no still do
he opened the phone removed and reinserted bat still no do
I'm frustrated!

If there 3g is good, I won't disturb myself with 4g. The annoying part is that 3g to turn to E. I have to wait for couple of minutes before 3g will come back sometime I'll put it on flight mode and remove it again.

Next time you type this, I will sue you. Are you talking about the same a5 pro I'm using or the one made in potiskum in yobe state? As per the glo 4g,remember their 4g doesn't reach everywhere. I do see glo 4g very well here in Abeokuta. What's other overrated issues you're having with your a5 pro ago? Camera, speed or what? This phone is too good for its price abeg
