Yes I know. So many things we take for granted can be litigated. That is how a country legal process develop. What happened to suspension as a way of punishment. It will interest you to know every institution has policy and regulation book guiding the code of conducts of staff and students and how to carry out disciplinary action on student. I can bet stripping students or letting out a student private part is not one of the ways. Anyway, judges refer to such policy book to make judgement.
