Singapore? Good. Appears you're just as smart in covering your tracks as you are smart about money. My accountant will wire you 2 million a day till its complete. That should help keep your profile low. If you have a bitcoin wallet, you can also drop it for even safer transfers

I downloaded the app, its cool but its not working like that of Nairaland web page

For instance, if I click on the business section, what comes up on the app is different from what comes up on the web page.

I guess this app eats a lot of data as compared to the webpage.

One thing I can't do on the app for now is to put in my login details.

One other thing is that when you click on a thread, you don't have that sections anymore. To see the sections, you will have to go back.

The ads are something else, I hate seeing those unnecessary ads that just pop up from no where. The ads will also be chopping data.

Since I can't chat up with friends on Nairaland, I think its not necessary to have the app.
That's the problem with all this Apps.

Op, I'll just give you a little advise when developing an application.

1- I always follow this simple mantra, "If you are doing something, do it with 100% efficiency and accuracy, else don't just do it." This is something users expect out of every available mobile application programming . When I say efficiency, I mean data efficiency too. Smartphone apps which excessively use 3G or 4G data are most likely to be downloaded and forgotten, if you don't want your phone app to fall in that category, make sure that your app uses data efficiently and does not consume more data.

2- Serve something different
Have you ever thought why that recently opened restaurant in the town has created a buzz? Why people tend to visit new places and new restaurants because they are always looking for something different and fresh. Human beings have a tendency to get bored of one thing very easily.

Same is the case with mobile applications since there is a web page available, mobile users want to be served with something new. Hence, you should create something interesting that keep the users engaged with your mobile app.

But op,why do you like sharing people comment. Sha it's good grin it's still part of marketing

I am filtering. For instance, I filter out some Adult contents or posts that are controversial.

I guess this app eats a lot of data as compared to the webpage.
Don't guess. Goto your data manager and see for yourself. Android stores data usage by individual app. Come back and share the screenshot here. [/quote]

One thing I can't do on the app for now is to put in my login details.
You're welcome kiss

One other thing is that when you click on a thread, you don't have that sections anymore. To see the sections, you will have to go back.
If everything is loaded, it'll take up RAM. I don't want that for users.

The ads are something else, I hate seeing those unnecessary ads that just pop up from no where. The ads will also be chopping data.
Well, nothing comes free. Even Facebook. The full-screen ad doesn't pop from no where. They come only after actions. Still refer to my reference for your data usage guess.

Like someone advised, why not try out something completely different and leave Nairaland to Seun. He doesn't want to upgrade it.
I am working on other projects. However, Nairaland is prestigious and would continue to innovate. Seun is already doing some upgrades under the hood. It takes only devs to notice. There is no harm.

Since I can't chat up with friends on Nairaland, I think it is not necessary to have the app.
Well, you don't have to mislead audience with guesses. I noticed you have said no good thing about the app. but I appreciate your feedback. It is quality and actionable. I hope you'll find a better time to enjoy the app. kiss kiss kiss

The app is the answer. Something a bit different. Well the UGC has to be the same. The Chat is something you can talk of. It is very interesting to me. And for a number of users that have used it. Like I have explained earlier, there are features in the backlog and they can only go live if Seun approves. There are advertisers on NL and some other business logics I have to respect. Let's keep our fingers crossed and see the direction ahead.
Lastly, It's good you identify the marketing strategy. Lot's of efforts are really going into that.

Seun and mods, please how do we block a user on nairaland? When someone starts constituting a nuisance, it's about time such a person be blocked. This guy masquerading as a female has been disturbing several people even after being warned.

What kind of nonsense is this bookrite? Even if I ever wanted to consider downloading your app, this your behaviour is a complete turn off and I definitely WILL NOT, mschew.

The guy is obviously not okay. He went ahead to like/share my posts even AFTER I warned him.

Why would anyone want to download or use an app built by a person using deception to get people's attention? Such a person would steal your passwords without blinking an eye.

Booksrite001, by the time I am done with you, you will compulsorily learn ethics and how to go about things the right way.
