I don't know how it works but I know it's possible to test your hardware for issues, maybe by using engineering app or what do you guys call it.

As per getting a digitiser, it's possible. Check AliExpress but do the testing first or do a factory reset.
I think it's a software-related issue.

I've factory reset it but still the same thing. I think the phone is a beehive of bugs which umidigi has even stopped sending OTA updates to.

Honestly, A5 pro is a kinda having too much issues...newly bought device oo.....a device whose parts can't be found in Nigeria...many people are not really enjoying their device it's like luck.....it's not fair cos it's like using ones money to buy heart attack...make Umidigi go fear God....people that have roles here should Pls help our guy out...mbok

So las las, lenovo stole my heart. Make una helep me thank Noobody for the overly quick shipping of my new baby (Lenovo K5 pro 6GB 64GB). Lemme rest small from phone wahala, at least, till next year. My Umidigi A3 would rest small too. It yaff try grin grin

My Umidigi A3 restarts itself for about an hour or so before it finally boot! It does this maybe 5 times in a day and it is so annoying! I have done factory reset but it is not helping at all.


It restarts and when the Umidigi logo appears and also that phrase "Powered by Android" appears it restarts itself again and this goes on for an hour while the device itself becomes increasingly hot!

Anyone who have experienced this before?

The phone performs perfectly for the price no doubt!..
Infinix note 5 of 70k has this same processor grin
Infact gpu performance btw A5 pro and phantom 9 is very similar grin
