There is this guy in my street about 14-15 years old, he lost one of his testicle sometime last month due to Torsion.He is seriously depressed. Although doctor said that he can still produce babies, but deep inside me i know it may not be possible because i have an uncle whom according to my mum also lost one of his and up till now, he is married for over 10 years with no child.
What encouraging advice can i give to this young man as he thinks that doctors are just trying to calm him down without telling him truth.

Brother, i asked him if his remaining testicle is functioning well i.e if he still release, or if he still has pain, he said he doesn't have pain and also he do have Wet dream. Doctors made sure that everything is fine.

My question now is, Will he still produce babies ? I need opinion from someone with similar experience please . Lalasticlala
