If an agbero (as you call them) has been educated to secondary school certificate level, the he is academically qualified. That is what the constitution of Nigeria stipulates. So stop acting the fool.The important thing is how many people believe in the content of that persons character and leadership capacity. Mind you an agbero may also possess a BSc, but he remains an agbero.

All he needed to do was present a valid certificate. Isn't that a Public Office? If we are to go by the tribunal, why then would you ask a graduate, who has a valid and verifiable certificates, to present them before he/she can be screened, among other criteria, before assuming a public office? I only hope this won't bring any serious issues when this case in cited in a court of law. I'm not a politician.
