It is a shame Dat we don't know d difference BTW somebody who was once a general n somebody who is just other rank in d military.As a Military general,it means he has attain academic heights far higher than ssce,Nd,Hnd or even Bsc,by Courses he has attended within n outside Nigeria.No one can pass thru all dis without first getting basic secondary cert.Somebody who has been head of different units n battalion, commissioner, head of state n now president yet sane people r saying he has no school cert.I weep for my country n dose who Thinks he has no school cert, just cos of dirty n wicked politics we play in Nigeria.Its even more shameful lawyers r trying to prove it just because of money dey want to exploit from Dummies.

It says 'Up to Secondary school Education". The only way you can tell anyone u had secondary school education is to tender your certificate.

You are the one that needs to use your brain. The court explained all that yesterday. Firstly, the records in Mr President's files with the Military shows he joined the army with his Secondary School certificate, there is also a recommendation from the school principal (at that time) to the army, classmates of his testified that they sat for the exams together and also he got an attestation from WAEC. The President had earlier sworn to an affidavit to the effect that he lost all his credentials (including of Military courses attended) when soldiers raided his home in 1985 during the coup.

Thats what happens when you allow sentiment to becloud your judgement. If he'd sought a legal advise, I believe he would have known by now that even without a WAEC certificate Buhari is very eminently qualified to run for that position. The ugly truth!

The only evidence that shows you went to school is your certificate, you might attend a university but dropped out in your final level, without your certificate you never attended any university. Sad but true.

PMB is a disappointment i was expecting a Tyrant that'll Deal with those politicians but he can't because without those corrupt men he wouldn't be president. One of the reasons I still dislike GEJ because he was the best person to change this country because he didn't get Power directly so no fear of Godfather but he messed up drained the country deceiving us that Nigeria is the Biggest Economy in Africa with just mere words no plans. No mind am. The judgment pretty much says any reference you have to holding a degree is valid. They argued that since he filled his army dorm that he had one, then he does. Not sure the precedence challenges this implies. Would job applicants claim to have a certificate by just referencing a document like an affidavit?
