howver when ward collation are irreconcilable, the state Rec simply ask the Local Ward collation officer to produce the Pooling units results.

Let me ask, what is the primary source of result for ward collation, obviously Polling units, which the ward collation officer failed o produce, in that case, such result stand invalid.

there were complains of inflations of votes, and to investigate that, produce the polling unit results. VERY SIMPLE isnt that
