You will need the appropriate ROM for your phone..
A PC
A good usb cord that works perfectly and will cause your device to be detectable when plugged into the pc

Developer mode should be active on your device allowing andriod debug mode on,

SP Flash tool.
Mediatek VCOM Drivers..(SP flash needs it to read your device)
It has to be installed manually using device manager

You will need that vcom driver if your pc doesn't install your device driver automatically

When you download the appropriate ROM, unzip it and place the folder on your desktop.

Then load the SPflash tool, once its done click on load scatterfile on it.. it will bring many folders, from there locate and open the ROM folder, once inside the ROM folder.. select androidscatter.txt when it is successful it will bring out so many things make sure the boxes are ticked..
After this is done.. power off your device but dont plug it to your pc yet.. click on the green download icon on the spflash before plugging your device.. if the connections authenticates perfectly, it will load your device and chipset the spflash will automatically flash your device with the ROM and at the end you will see a green successful tab showing. Then you can then unplug your device..

Errors might arise in the Flashing if you dont get the right ROM for your device..

You have probably corrupted your baseband..... Why did you not download rom from Umidigi community?....

please help very urgent. The sim i was using before was blocked by m.t.n due to outdated user info, can't make call or browse on the line, they ask me to go and update my info at their office. After i removed the sim an inserted a new sim with an up to date info, i still can't browse on my phone. Always showing an "x" sign asking to "sign in to network" pls help my people. i use a3 pro

any mediatek based rom is flashable with spflash as long as it is compatible with the device.. just follow the step i listed you shouldn't have any issues

Lexus is right is has been dealt with severally just copy the Apn from your friends MTN line or u insert it in another phone after u have received configuration messages go to Apn screen shot it and then use it on ur new phone

Google how to use mtk engineering tool to rewrite imei number. Hope u still have ur carton with the IMEI written on it. Can't remember if u have to root Sha. But try and give it a shot

Lolz, they just shipped it less than an hour ago. E be like say Dem know say I don ready to cancel. But truth be told I no do presale again.
My A5 pro is still having the low incall volume problem, now I carry an earpiece around, same with madam. So no more presale I go wait make e dey available
