With the planned VAT increment to 7.2% (that is almost 50% increment from the current 5%), drivers and partners should tell bolt and uber deliberate on fare increment as soon as new VAT takes effect.

I had a bad experience with a driver I met on NL,the idiot destroyed my suspension. (So don't expect me to be nice biko). I own a Toyota Camry 04 big daddy.

Chief, I'd love to call your attention to something : in Lagos, no matter how careful and patient you are to other road users, misfortune could beset anyone.
I started this hustle fully on Monday, never drag the road with incoming vehicles, maintain my lane and been trying to drive carefully on potholes, but the worst imagined yesterday along Lagos -Badagry expressway yesterday, an Okada ram my car from behind and broke my brake light and a plastic on my bumper.
Before, i could open the door, he zoomed off and there was nothing i could do at that point because the road was treacherous with long traffic, is't my fault? NO
Could i have managed the situation better ? NO
The best thing one can do at this moment is get a comprehensive insurance, with that, you won't have to worry about the bills.
May God help us all.
Amen, I appreciate!!

What have you been reading?
Where did you get this information from?
You people should stop confusing the “W” there for winter. It is “WEIGHT”. The 5w20 simply means the oil's viscosity at cold start is put at 5 for free flow of oil around the engine and the viscosity increases to 20 when engine reaches optimum temperature for added protection. What Dru23 is saying is right (dude has been acting normal for a while now). Some states in the US are hotter than Lagos is or even hotter than the northern part of Nigeria and most likely don't see snow falls.
Car and oil manufacturers put all this things into consideration and put those cars through all manner of test (simulating all kinds of weather and driving conditions) before giving out recommendations.
Have you considered the damage done on those cars with 20W50 oils when you start it in the morning? Or why do you think some cars have tapping sounds that goes away on cold starts? Most engine wears and tears happen in the morning and not necessarily from rigorous driving.
I'm guilty of using 20W50 for my car (cos it's too late to switch back). I drive like a maniac and love using up all the horses in the engine, but on cold start, I don't rev the engine above 2,500 RPM until the engine reaches normal operating temperature.
So bro, if you have a car that is sludge free and not abused, go with your manufacturers specified oil and coolant specs.
Personally if I am on ehailing, I would use 10W40 for older high milage cars and not 20w50. It gives peace of mind on cold start, and perfect soundness when under stress.
Caveat: You are only permitted to use 20W50 for rally cars with wider oil passage. The thicker oil viscosity (50) when hot is perfect for good protection (only for cars with wider oil passage channels).
oga u Don't even know what you are saying, oils do not increase in viscosity, oils do not thicken up, they lighten up when engine is warm, 30 means d addictives in the oil can protect your engine up to 30°c which is approximately 90° engine operating temperature, that's why crankshaft and rings suffers untimely death after overheating (personal observation though).
5w means weight, time and winter they all fall under cold starting (depending on your definition of cold start), 5am today I woke up to 25°c which is never a definition of cold start.
What you should be worried about is dry starting lol, cars been left for days without use or cars being used once in a while these are the cars that requires 0w or 5w because oil must have dried from the piston and crank case if left for days.
5w 0w are all nice oil if u can get a good product like mobile 1, Castro titanium etc... it's better

Warning: these findings/recommendations/advice only applies to 5w and above oil recommended cars that's the one I'm very familiar with,

please, seniors in the house , how does one overcome these ONE WAY issues, does Google map indicate 'one way'. Please, seniors . suggest how one can escape exploitation from these touts. Izzou suggested having your cars on central lock every time. Thanks.
yes. believe me, google knows all the one ways. You just have to be careful and follow the map righteously. Like I said earlier, my map had a GPS issue, that's why it malfunctioned.

Of you really want to delete those ads post. Go to your profile, go to your posts, then start deleting those posts one after the other and replace them with "." Or any irrational letter.

As long as those posts are there, you will keep getting calls, even years from now.

All am saying is; marriage does not confer any form of responsibility.
It was on this same thread I saw married men misbehaving like secondary school drop-outs.
