Some youth in Kaduna Protested asking for the closure of Kaduna-Abuja train so that everyone must use road.

Speaking to news men the youth said this will make government to arrest the security situation along the road qickly.

Many people are afraid to follow Kaduna-Abuja Road because of fear that they could be kidnapped.

This made Kaduna-Abuja Train Ticket hard to get as the ticket is purportedly being hoarded.

Yes oooo. My fellow Nigerians, these youths are doing service to humanity, by sacrifice of self greed, to see that fellow Nigerians travel without risk of kidnapped on the high way. This is the type of protest we want, not false hope of ipobians pigs & showerey revolution .

The youths have the right to make such demands as it has halted the economic growth of some people. Besides, it is another proof that our security agencies are not on top of their game.

Policemen in Nigeria are only busy guarding politicians, fraudsters, clerics and people with questionable characters.
It is the job of policemen to comb that axis, conduct surveillance and arrest the situation but they are afraid to die.
I was in lagos airport this week and i was amazed seeing 4 policemen guarding e-money

I have been seeing people protest for right reasons the wrong way but this actually takes the biscuits...

I am completely blown away by the way these people reason....

They've also hijacked the Abuja-Kaduna train for themselves. The number of rich men who now book tickets to travel by rail is now alarming.

The Abuja-Kaduna rd is now Bandits and Kidnapper's haven. A lot of Nigerians have lost their lives in that road, it's a shame that over the years the federal govt have not found a permanent solution to the problem. Buhari is a retired general, I believe he has access to intelligence on that road more than us, it's either he lacks the political will to curb the menance or they are benefitting from it.

Even the rail is not 100% safe, I use it sometimes too. In October 2017 some unknown men threw big stone and bash the glass windscreen of the main locomotive pulling the train hoping the train will stop but the driver didn't stop. It's only a matter of time before they will device a way of robbing train.
The only advantage of using the train for now is because they carry mobile policemen when VIPs are among the passengers.
