Factories are not development, they create jobs and produce things, but malls reflects developments like developed societies and on top of that, they create more jobs than many factories and even generate more IGR that states build roads, bridges and other public infrastructures with.

Next time you visit a mall, count all the shops, the owners, the workers, the vendors that supply their goods and services and so on, I'm sure we are talking about hundreds, more than a lot of factories.

Factories are mostly build and operated by private entities, no state governments, I'd even love to see your own developed communities with factories built by your state governors, please show us.


NNDC is a conglomerate with interests in a lot of areas with more workers than whatever factory you are talking about.
