The League Management Company will NEVER approve this pitch for NPFL games.

This is a preseason knock-about with a lower division team...
And thus I think they deemed the old Uyo Township Stadium a useable venue.

For the record, Akwa United plays its home NPFL game at the Akpabio Stadium (below)...

That is the difference between sub-saharan Africa (Black Africa maybe with the exception of South Africa) and North Africa. North Africans just like South Americans support their leagues.
