With the way they hype themselves you'll think they're on the same level with Mark Zuckerberg. Anyway a developer can never go hungry that's for sure so they have nothing to worry about

What is the firm doing that they couldn’t develop the junior engineers into the senior and experienced engineers that “the customers “ desire. How about the costs of hiring the senior engineers (assuming they can be easily poached).

But how on Earth did Andela think it was going to survive Dev offshore business competition with Indians? The truth is that no company will risk outsourcing to an ecosystem(AfricanTech) that's still developing with full of uncertainty when India with more mature and robust ecosystem is just a call away . I wouldn't take that risk either especially with inexperienced African junior Devs!
