A young man identified as Solo aka Oghene was on Tuesday evening shot to death by unknown gunmen in Warri. The unfortunate incident happened at the popular Iyara junction in Warri and according to eyewitnesses, the gunmen numbering about five, came with a Toyota Corolla and were armed to the teeth with AK-47. They reportedly shot the young man at close range and ensured he died before speeding off. As at the time of filing the report, policemen have evacuated the corpse and deposited it at the mortuary but are yet to issue an official statement about the assassination.
