please i will like to know if its possible to change a name on the Nigerian passport after it comes out.

Yes it is possible but you will pay additional charges.

Name change + new passport costs 31k. It takes between 3 - 6days but you can grease some palms and make the process faster.

Once you change your name you will need a new passport so they combine the fees. You can't do change of name (data) without a new passport. It's on their website you can verify if you want.

Change of name alone is around that 31k right.
