Thank you very much. My tubes are open, my menstruation regular. I have no cyst or fibroid Andy I'm still quite young. 27 to be precise.
It's just the hormones high fsh, high Lh and high prolactin. Though like I stated earlier, they are within range but tilted towards the upper limit. My hubby has low sperm count but he's been placed on drugs.
Please what is WIDD and where should I search to get it.

Ok. Great that you're working on some of the few existing issues. Take a little more time to work on the prolactin (I heard it hinders conception though I didn't have this issue. Get appropriate medication for it from your doc) and the few others if you can. Then prayerfully go for whatever procedure you choose. You don't have issues that warrant IVF from what you wrote. I would recommend IUI at once if you have the means because of the sperm count stuff. With IUI, all the sperm parameters are improved after treating/ 'washing' the sperm so chances are higher than in Ovulation induction only.

WIDD stands for What I Did Differently. It's a term we use here to say the things we did that contributed to helping us conceive. Mine can be found in my first few posts. All I can say is it is God....Most mamas here know my story I lost my 7months old baby last year after waiting almost 3years just to have him, it was like the end of the world for me as I amlost fell into depression and later encouraged myself that I won't give up on God when he hasn't given up on..
From June last year I started trying again seriously, went for womb setting, took herbs, lots of Letrozole, vitex, vitE and clomid cycle...Last cycle I decided to try 100mg of clomid for 5days again before going back to resume with a gynea, 3days after the last dose of clomid my pastor called my husband to ask what is really happening cos we've prayed, fasted, gone for deliverance infact I became closer to God...And ever since the begining of this 70days MFM fasting and prayer I have received so many postive prophesy and was just waiting for the manifestation and was also praying to God to visit me before half of the fasting cos i want to come next 70days with my baby/babies.
My pastor introduced us to her sister who happens to be a nurse same day he called DH, she requested we go for some Test(HVS, urinalysis, SFA and sperm analysis) Hubby SFA came out fine with 34million sperm count but my scan read moderate fluid in d pouch of douglas and HVS came back with yeast, bacterial and moderate growth of staph, we started treatment immediately with her on the day of my suppose ovulation, we were given injection, drip and drugs after which she started me on another 6days of another injection(11 days straight of injection)...During this time I was just praying to God that my pain and money won't be wasted, I tot I was actually out last cycle and waiting patiently for new cycle to start again...
AF was due last week thursday, I kept having cramps thinking its on d way but no show, same thing friday, tested on Friday and got a negative and later DAT night I saw a blood stain on my pant, I got my pad ready for saturday went for PMCH with my faith material and cried unto the lord, came back from church there was still No show only cramps decided to test an I got a very faint positive same thing on Sunday, the nurse took my blood on Sunday and it was positive but faint she told the line is there but maybe I ovulated later than I tot, by Monday tested again and got a much darker test and it keep getting darker ever day....The lord as indeed visit me and gave me my rainbow baby.

Hello darling..over the years we have seen that herbs often times do not reduce fibroids but rather increased it massively. Most herbs if not all are phytoestrogen/estrogen mimicking and will grow fibroids fast.

We may not have experience with wonderful cola, if you must use it use with caution. Do a scan to know the exact size and go back and do another scan after a month or so to know if they are actually shrinking or growing.

Best treatment for fibroids is surgery in a good hospital/clinic

Shibazz Congrats. Pls today today endeavor to go and meet the new doc for medicine to prevent miscarriage. It must include progesterone. It's necessary as you have been taking the ones to induce your period unknowingly.

The first doctor didn't try by giving you those medications without pregnancy tests. Some private hospitals are too stingy. Common pregnancy tests. I actually encountered one that asked me if my spittle was white as a way to test for pregnancy on the spot when I insisted they give me a pregnancy test before I take their injection. Very selfish. I had to open a private card separate from my HMO card and pay for a pregnancy test too that day just to be on the safe side.
That's why we women need to take responsibility for ourselves. You have a right to always know the name or at least the purpose of whatever you are given as drugs or injections. It's your money. It's your body. Please insist or go elsewhere.

If the second doctor is a private doctor, she will answer you. It's money they are all seeking so don't mind appointment. It's an emergency now so go to her. All the best.

No need for depression, dear. The fibroid is not that big in my opinion. Just don't do or take things that will cause it to grow and multiply. Avoid self medication and herbs. Just go straight to a good hospital or fertility clinic for them to manage you and try to get you pregnant as soon as possible. Avoid pregnacare conception, fertilaid and most fertility supplements for now. They will only increase the fibroid cos of the inositol and plenty 'ogbonge' ingredients in them. Inositol is natural clomid and best for women who do not have cysts/fibroids or who have removed theirs . The only one I recommend to those with fibroid is well woman Original. I took it before conceiving. You need simple stuffs now or none at all except recommended. I think[b] Wellwoman plus is OK too[/b]. Just check to be sure it doesn't contain inositol or ingredients that feed fibroid. Read up on fibroid growers and avoid or reduce them for now. Even some foods feed fibroid.

My advice is to just identify a good hospital and work with them while praying and hoping on God. Don't bother trying different different things so you don't increase the fibroid and waste money. N no need for operation. You can conceive with that size I should think. Just be fast about it with God's help cos they also grow with time. Above all, don't be afraid. For conception to occur you need your husband good quality/quantity sperm too. So dear, make sure your husband sperm is okay. There are test he must do to check his sperm quality/quantity. You should also check that your tubes are opened..very important too. When baby dancing ask hubby to come from behind and remain in that position for some time before standing up. Say like 30mins.. Try both positions.. missionary and from behind (where your husband will bring his instrument from behind).

You may be ovulating quite well and may not have any issues with that or need any medication to boost ovulation but what about other areas. Like hubby, your tubes etc. Please check and make sure other areas are well taken care of. Eat healthy, exercise and pray pray pray.

thanks mommdav for ur words, yes scan has said its own but I believe my God has not say so, am just trying to do something for myself hoping my God will remember me, this TTC jony is giving me sleepless nights, wen d fibroid was 32mm I do conceive ,(2 years ago) but till now I have not, I was told its 42mm now, and I heared abt d cola I decided to gv it a try while I continue my fertility drugs. I knw abt surgery but ur sister no get that money now, I knw my God will do it for me..

You can get it at Mile 2 area. After crossing that Mazamaza bridge to Mile 2, before Mile 2 B/stop, you will see few women selling kola under d bridge there, ask them about it. Saw it there when I went there few months ago to buy kola though I didn't buy sha. I just asked them about it and they showed it to me. Not even costly, the small ones cost #50 each while d bigger ones cost #100 each.

If I eat anything else, I’m throwing up within 30 minutes leaving me very weak. I can’t eat beef, chicken, turkey, goat meat, Pomo, fish, eggs(boiled or fried) or even assorted. I think I eat moi moi once in a while, and maybe bread and tea.

Any other food sends me vomiting. I thought pepper was the problem but I took pepper soup last weekend and still vomited it. I really don’t want to lose weight because of this food habit. I don’t use perfumes anymore. In the office, I don’t use the kitchen when everyone else is there, because the smell of different food sends me to the restroom.

Is everything fine with me? Are there drugs I should be taking? The only drug I take at the moment is Pregnacare. Please mamas, help me. Is this normal?

Thank you Glorious Heart and all other wonderful mummies. I have just started taking ginger and lemon in warm water. I have also introduced vegetable to my food at least three times in a week plus taking my folic acid. I also try to take one orange a day for the vitamin c to help me because I want to opt for iui that's after discussing with my doctor. Do I still need the pregnacare conception or just wait for my doctor to prescribe for me?
I'm truly tired of this state and hope God remembers me soon

Okay dear. We just have to keep trying until it clicks but be careful not to make matter worse. Always remember to pray for divine guidance. Tread with caution, try listen to your body and remember what works for A may not work for B.

Another thing you can try for fertility is English lemon (not our local one please). When you have fibroids some blood tend to stay in your womb after your period. When there is fluid left in the womb it can hinder conception most times. So try do some cleansing, detox. You can try fruit fasting. Try 7days fruit fast. You gain in two ways when you do fruit fasting. Spiritually and physically, if you know what I mean. You don't eat till anywhere around 6 to 9pm. When you eat, eat only fruits. Avoid orange during this time so that you don't have a running stomach. As you do this pray also for God help, and to remove anything hindering your conception and help you conceive.

Another way to detox is english lemon. Please do not use our local lemon. (English lemon is about N1,800 for 6/7/8, that was how much i bought mine then) Try a slice to two slice with two or three slices of cucumber in a warm cup of clean drinking water. Allow to stay for about 5 minutes, then drink. You can start after ovulation to the next circle and stop just before ovulation. This will help detox and alkaline your body. Sometimes too much acidity makes your vaggy fluid hard on sperms. This can kill sperm fast even before they get to your eggs.

Darling some believe that EDA is caused by infection. But I will say ensure you and hubby are clean from infection. Also know that you can not entirely rule out tiny fluid from coming out after s€x.

You could also try the above detox to alkaline your system. Ensure your vagin@ fluid is not killing the sperms. Try another s€x position like the one hubby cum from back. Just bend your buttocks in that position for like 30min or as long as you can. This position keeps sperm inside and hardly pour out.

Another thing I will suggest is if you are suspecting infection you could try sugah protocol of curing infection. She took some antibiotics recommended to her by a foreign gyne. She took from day one of her period to day 21 non stop with her husband. That same month she conceived. But be ready to take lots and lots of Greek yoghurt/probiotics. I also suggest you do not try this protocol if you have used antibiotic in the past six months. Allow your body to rest from antibiotics for at least 6 months before trying this method.

In all, please pray. It is God that gives children. We cant just sit and do nothing about infertility. And this is why we do what we do. At the end my dear, it is God. Sometimes TTC is more of a spiritual thing. Pray that God should help you along. He should direct you to what will help you conceive. Pray that non of what you take in this journey of becoming a mother should harm you or make your conditions worse but let whatever you use help your body to conceive. Amen

A short story, many years back I conceived after using fertilitytea and other stuff (a lot) and was happy thinking it was just the fertilitea not know that it was just God and perhaps Gods timing/chance. Because I forgot I also used progesterone cream which was probably what God used for me. I stop using the progesterone immediately after bfp (my knowledge was small then. Did not know you are not supposed to stop progesterone like that when pregnant) about a week or two after then I lost the baby. Sometimes what we think helped out might not just be it and most times it is just God's mercy. May He always direct our path in Jesus name. So dear we need Him in this journey.

Darling the problem is the result. The result does not tally with having pcos. Except if true to what the doctor says the result is wrong. This is why I emphasize on making sure your result is accurate before taking medication base on result. It better you spend money and do your test in a good diagnostic centers. Sometimes with TTC you can't just cut corners.

Many things can cause infertility. Try do all the test and you will be able channel your axe on where the problem is and start the right treatment. Imagine your result showing that you have less than 1pg/ml estrogen level. I am sure you must have shown the result to other people who advised you take maca and the other estrogen boosting herbs you took. If that result is accurate there is no how you can conceive with such a minute/very little level of estrogen. So I will advice you take that test again in a good diagnostic centre. Ask them to include testosterone/androgen and amh. Those test will help confirm if you actually have pcos. When you have pcos your estrogen will be very high, testosterone will be high, androgen will be high. Do a research and see.

See a good gynaecologist.
