You're absolutely correct. Mainland Chinese are a patriotic bunch. The only people that could possibly rival them in patriotism are Americans and the Japanese.

Nothing new here, it was basically gun fights & explosions. There were lots of plot inconsistencies, but it works in its own way by playing the loose logic, an attribute i totally fancied the flick for, cause it didn't take itself too seriously, and neither should you.

The one with Chris evans and Zoe Saldana? If it's that, underrated flick tbh and not many know about it and i wonder why. It has that John woo/80's Delta force kind of feel...and your rating is on point.
