Guys? Who is ready to play the patience game with CADJPY?
Ok, here is how its goes!
CADJPY has been making lower highs and lower lows. So I am expecting the down trend to continue but the thing is,
as seen in the chart, whenever it makes a lower high, it consolidates for over 14 days before it drops. Now its making a lower high.
As seen, the consolidation in box 1 took about 16days and the consolidation is box 2 took over 20days.
As such, i am expecting same consolidation in box 3 with almost the same number of days.
but the beautiful thing about playing the patience game here is, it drops fast by over 400 pips after the consolidation.
So if you are able to wait on it, i reckon you add it to your watchlist.

Demo is just meant to practice your strategy. When you go live, you are controlled by our emotions. FEAR GREED HOPE.


The best advice i can give you Ooba
1) reduce your position size
2) Trade higher time frame
3) You dont need to trade everyday to make money from the market.

Keep trying to control ur emotions and master your self.

Note that the trendline might as well be respected. Infact buyers defended it aggressively on Friday when price touched it.
So wait for a break of the trendline and retest before considering selling.

Some constructive criticism here. Yes live is way different from demo account. BUT I could almost tell, you guys was not profitable on demo account "I could be wrong" , so why do you guys think you can cut it with live account?

Before going live, you guys should turn your demo account from x to 4x (400%) with small lot size. Then you should consider going live.
Forex is not going anywhere, take all the time that you need.

Besides I’m waiting for the trend to break. Sold d last bearish engulfing earlier but got stopped out.

I share in your sentiment, but the thing is that there may not be an opportunity for a retest Entry when that trendline finally breaks because usdchf fall is long overdue.
