Ladies and gentlemen, before these two great sons of Anambra State governed the state, successive governors had made us believe that once salaries are paid, little is left for development.

Chris Ngige changed all those nonsense narratives. He proved to us in Anambra that governance is possible by first clearing arrears of salaries owed workers, instituted mechanism to pay workers by 26th day of every month. He build very durable roads that are still there till today. He fought and won Chris Uba sponsored and Obasanjo condoned acts of bringadage.

Peter Obi continued where Ngige stopped, build more roads that opened up many communities and upped the ante by adopting UN MDG goals into his goals and shrewd management of state resources.

The rest as they say is history.

Once salaries are paid...? Did Mbadinuju even pay salaries? Honesty, Mbadinuju on one hand and Chris Uba and PDP shenanigans on the other, made me lose faith in Igbo leadership. Ngige and Peter Obi made me believe Igbos can actually give themselves good leadership. These two great men should not be attacking each other..

Without Ngige fighting and liberating Anambra as well as laying founded, Peter Obi wouldn't have achieved much. Ngige governed a little more than 2 years compared to 8 years of Peter Obi. All in all, Anambra benefited from the two.

I like Peter Obi but frankly, no governor has ever constructed high quality roads as Ngige did.

Abatete isn't even in the city centre.

Ngige did that road. As much as i like Obi's administration i must confess that the quality of his roads for the ones i know is low compared to Ngiges'.
Obi did best in funds management. He minimised waste and established more governing structures.

Noneroone is somewhat right except that Obiano is the best so far but between Obi and Ngige I will pick Ngige. Ngige became governor when Anambra schools were on perpetual strike, he came, returned the teachers and students to school, started road revolution in Anambra. While almost all Ngige roads are still standing strong today virtually no project done by Obi is still solid today, the substandard roads and flyover he did were either swept off by rains or erosion

We are talking about achievements this one is talking about fake humility, selflessness and forthrightness, tell us his achievements as governor for 8 years let’s compare with Ngige for 3 years. Alreast every one in Anambra now knows Obi to be a scam who constructed fake substandard projects in the state that have mostly collapsed
