Well, we just need to be positive. At some point they will get tired of hoarding the tickets. Same thing happened to GSM SIM cards those days when with 20K you will beg to buy it but today networks give it for free.

I saw the minister express his displeasure with CCEC for not meeting up with their promise of completing the lagos/ Ibadan railway by October. He gave them an ultimatum of November ending to complete the work.
