Eating Food In The Dream Is It Spiritual Or Have Scientific Explanation? by LogicStatement(op): 3:54pm On Mar 25, 2017

I don't know the appropriate section to post this question health, family or religion, may be the mod can help out.
I'm really interested in knowing people's opinion about this issue because right now as I am posting this, a family is being turn apart. A lady I know very well is accusing her mum of serving her food in her dreams & that's why she's not progressing in life and that her mum wants to kill her. This is the same woman that have been cooking for her & all other members of the family. Why would it be now that she will kill her own daughter and not when she was a baby? I thought. Other members of the family are fine in their respective endeavours.
This lady I understand takes spirituality to the extreme and her mother is well known to be very religious but not an extremist. I learnt the accusation has been going on for years now. It started when the lady joined a church up north where she went for her service and ever since then, she stopped putting on jewelries, trousers, and make ups. She started dissociating from all those that wear these things saying boldly to their faces that they will go to hell. Trouble started when she accused her mum of giving her food in the dream and her pastor said her mum is behind her failure in life. Since then, she has refused to visit or have anything to do with her mother and entire family so, I was called in recently to help intervene in the case.
Is it not scientific that when one sleeps hungry or think of food the possibility of dreaming of food is high? Just like one who occupies his mind with porn and sex will dream of having sex and may eventually have wet dreams. From the little research I have done, I found out that this family is not the only one facing such social problem and it has destroyed many families. Though, I believe in the existence of God but I'm liberal, so I'm left in the middle if this case is spiritual or just one that has scientific or medical explanation. So, is eating food in the dream spiritual or a commonsense of the brain playing out pictures of what the mind is occupied with?

Let her fast n pray for 3 days or undergo some night time prayers and such dreams will cease..

That is where the problem is. We believe so much in what pastors say and that might be what is affecting the young lady I'm talking about. Her pastor suddenly changed her lifestyle and make her see her mother as her enemy thereby destroying a happy home

Some dreams are not to be taken serious,neither are some prophecies.....I keep wondering how people see their mother as a witch but no one has ever seen his or her pastor as one......them don brainwash her finish

Obviously, she has been brainwashed but she wouldn't accept any of that. She has even cut communication with who ever tells her that. I'm as confused as the family on what to do to help

She should fast and pary for 7 days (6 am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am) God will reveal who is giving her food in dream, if not revealed, the apttern will surely be broken. Dreams are not to be taken lightly but also dont go too extreme. Paray to God for discernment to know when a dream is a message or just a glitch. E fit be the pastor wey dey feed her self. Demonic powers cannot be underestimated. They can shape shift and make you see whoever they want you to see especially when they know you can see them through dreams. The key is prayer. Even if you watch porn and have sexual dreams, it's also abnormal. Avoid sin bit don't become a fanatic and a judge of other people's life.
