Some landlords in Lagos even demarcate their gutter areas from those of their adjoining neighbours causing water and rubbish percolation which end up spilling on the roads. At this time and age, IKEJA, the Capital of Lagos State is bigger than this..yes..not after the same problem has persisted!!

Solution requires STROOOOONG POLITICAL WILL and the willingness to THINK HARD, which most our leaders lack!

Nothing new my dear.
This is part of what makes it Lagos,and Nigeria in general (a place where backwardness is regarded as progress). If you are used to it like many of us are, you will know this one is even nothing.
