The United Kingdom Commercial and Arbitration Court has granted Nigeria leave to appeal against $9.6 billion awards in favour of Process and Industrial Development Limited.

The legal team is currently arguing case for the stay of the execution of the judgement.

The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN) who led the Nigerian legal team to London, confirmed the development to newsmen.

Didn't you hear how sounded? When Nigerians lawyers are prosecuting in other countries and are gleefully winning. If there is no collaboration with external forces from inside we shouldn't be in this mess. I hope there won't be another collaboration by the present legal team to subvert Nigeria's interest so we can at least win this one. So Nigeria will win this one war with minimal damages if the prosecution is diligent enough and there are no further collusion.
God help Nigeria.
