Good day businesslanders, Please I need help I bought a land in Ogun In April 2016 Against my parents wishes, because they don't know anyone there and any kind of injustice done to me the person would go Scot free.(Part of my bad investment) and I'm beginning to Sense that's the Family that sold the land to me wants to Cheat me and sell the land to someone else Reason I think this is because, he always calls me that the FG wants to Demolish the building there And Construct roads after finishing with the railway, but I've been there and seen that even if the FG Constructs An 8 lane road it still won't be close to my land, so I got an idea that I should lease it to Network providers to mount their mast, So their plans won't work, But I don't know how to go about it Please does anyone do? this is a chieftaincy Family Advise would be Accepted and anyone who knows how to get in touch with the Service providers Would be compensated.

FIRST AID: if you've got a fence around it, use shoe spray to boldly write a graffiti that reads:
"THIS LAND IS NOT FOR SALE
BEWARE OF 419
CALL: Modernist on 080******"

SECOND AID: If you've got some cash to spare, build 2 or more shops which you will let out, not for profit (maybe), but to keep your land busy

THIRD AID: Lease your land to mechanics or a farmer who will pay you rent.

****

The second & third aid are an investment to secure your property

****

Further steps includes:

. Getting Letter of Administration and Certificate of Occupancy as soon as possible.
. Pay a visit to the town planning office in your state to verify government's plan for that particular area.
. Etc.

It might take a while before Telecoms company strike a deal with you.
