i remember when i was little and life was simple.............

i remember when i was little and life was simple.............
i didnt have to worry about my bank balance cos my parents were my bank and withdrawal were made based on my needs and not my wants...........
i didnt have to worry about cooking the food, just about being able to finish it so i wouldnt be scolded for wastefulness........
i thought school was hard, tedious and boring.......... but now i know that that was just child's play...........
i thought girls were silly and of no use to men........ wish i had held on to that believe ( no offense intended)....
i thought my parents were too bossy and i couldnt wait to grow up and be independent........ now i wish i could be ten forever.............
i thought growing up automatically brought riches.... i obviously know better by now. ha ha.....
i thought my biggest challenge in life would be mathmatics..... it was just a tip of the ice berg........
i thought friends were automatically the nicest people in our lives....... now i have experienced enough to fear the "evilness" of friends........
i thought the only limit to what i could achieve in life was my mind and imagination.. still think so.... with alot of refinement to that thought......
i thought getting a job after you graduate was automatic....... that thought needless to say, is is history......
i thought love, marriages, and religious believes lasted forever and were sanctimonious ( obviously i didnt know this word then)........ that thought has been proven false several times over.....
as a kid i had many thoughts..... centrally that growing up was the solution to all my childhood problems........... i have experienced adulthood and i can say without reserve that i would remain a child forever if given another chance to choose........... childhood ROCKS!!!

[center]A child's biggest problem is not finding a job, paying utility bills, cooking for the family, paying school fees....
... A child's biggest problem is trying to win and maintain the love and approval of mama and papa... this problem outweighs every problem of a future adulthood that is not even guaranteed...

To remain a child forever
Is good wish I pray comes true for us
Cos I now it seems feasible
Afterall, Christ affirmed it

Your words mirrored me
Though I feel sad
At least, we both had great childhood
And for that we should be grateful

Some had terrible past and painful present
Their only hope is redemption through death
Try visit the prisons to get the picture
For I know your perspective would be renewed

Now what next,
I think we should still strive for childhood
For childhood is measured by heart and not by statue
Lets try putting on a child's heart.
