nairalandposter:my point is nowhere on this earth is crime-free, reason why I mentioned Singapore which according to statistics has one of the lowest crime rate in the world. And beside, however, the Rascals we have here are a reflection of our dysfunctional country. If say they were born in a decent country like Denmark or any higly developed country chances are they wont be as inept as this. And lastly nobody willingly choose to be a rascal. Sometimes life can be very unpredictable. |
