.There is no way he can have license for that gun. Because pump action and AK are among the guns that police has stopped giving license for for individuals, for a long time now.

Nigeria/NPF do not issue gun license for self defense but for gaming (hunting).
The executive order do not mean police will start searching all houses for guns, but it is expected that everyone with one should take it to the police hq within his state. If eventually caught with it probably through a random search or tip off, it shall be treated as illegal arms possession

That’s a kidnapper, what I meant is that if it’s licensed it’s not going to be part of the allegations against him. That’s what I meant. They’ll just charge him for fraud.
