I need genuine advice. Am in a dilemma. Graduated, Bachelor Medical Laboratory Science, 2012.Have been jobless till last year, 2018.Started a business with my savings from Internship and NYSC.Now i earn at least Half a million naira a month from my business. I expect to make double that amount in the next 1 year.
2 days ago my name was shortlisted for employment in a Federal Hospital eight States away from my business.Am to be paid #135,000 for the next three years before promotion.And this job will take all my time.No time to do my business.My business will collapse in my absence.For reasons i won't bore you with. People are advising me to take the job and leave the business. Please what would you do if you were in my shoes?

I find this hard to believe.
Who can help should help this man. For me village people are definitely testing a new potent system on you

Learn to delegate Sir.

If your business isn't a one-man business, delegate authority to your staff who seem more knowledgeable about your operations.

It's better to keep your options open by keeping both blessings you've got. I mean: run your business, then expand your operations and meet new potential clients through your new job.

You could be coming down to your state on your off days to monitor your business.

But if I were in your shoes, and the 500k profit IS CONSISTENT in my business, to hell with the job; I'll wait for similar opportunity in my state of residence

Dude why didn't you inform your colleague about the business that pays that much
Meanwhile, even when you'll get to assistant director level as a scientist (in about 20years time), you wouldn't be earning that much. So check well and know wether it's money you want or thrills of wearing white lab coat.

Haha....I just dey laugh.... If ur 500k is consistent then what are u looking 4 job of 135k a month for.... If u leave ur biz go suffer and u can't delegate the work right.....
If ur business is legit and paying I see no reason why you should leave it

Op is a liar. Nobody in his right sense will even give it a thought to leave a business making 500k monthly and want to go for a job of 135k per month. Maybe it's a business he jammed by luck and as such can't make any future plans on it hence he is afraid of the future situation of the business.
