Chaos has struck Bayelsa State House of Assembly this beautiful monday morning following the sudden impeachment of the sitting Speaker of the State house Hon Tonye Emmanuel Isenah and swearing in of a new speaker with the Mace of authority.

Bayelsans have taken to Facebook to express their disappointment with the turn of event at the State House this morning as gunshots fired by police in a bid to calm the aggrieved crowd.

According to reports, the impeached speaker had already adjourned the meeting before the new speaker Hon Monday Obolo was appointed.
