An emergency road constructed in Japan within 24 hours so as to maintain flow of traffic after the main one was being covered by landslide.

How many hours will this be fixed in your own country?

First an inspection of the site: 2weeks after disaster.
Next,Committee to find out remote cause bs:3 months.
Then,contract negotiations and signing: 6 months.
After which, mobilization to site:another 3 months.
Construction proper:2 years.
Finally, declaring the road open with much funfair: 3 months after completion of project.

All in all,I'll say 3 years,3 months and 2 weeks.

3 YEARS simply means NAIJA has been Fixed...
I didn't hear you mention "ABANDONED ROAD PROJECT" along the line...
Why didn't U consider that Option..??

Guys will just enter road and be using it generate income. They will pack sand in one line and be directing motorists to pay as u r passing by.
