The issue is that.. I took ill days ago.. And i thought its malaria and typhoid... Cos that is what i normally suffer from... I bought drugs to treat it bt it wont go... Instead its getting worse

Now all my mouth is so so bitter and tastes awful. And if i spit out... I see brownish mucus-like liquids with tiny pints of blood.. And too.. When i poo... My poo hole becomes soo painful and when i am done... I clean up with tissue only to see blood stains on it..
