Lyon is the man of the people. Dickson jettisoned discussion with the stakeholds in Bayelsa and picked his own candidate and that actually is his undoing. Truely speaking, he has lost the battle

Gov Dickson will loose Bayelsa state because he failed to carry the people along. He choose his crony instead of the peoples choice

No sir,same issue didn't happen in 2015.apc just got into power then and didnt know how to maximize federal power.both sylva and dickson were at par in popularity,militants were divided between the two.pdp was united under dickson and he had power of incumbency.he was ready to do anything to get a 2nd term.apc had no base in bayelsa as at then except maybe in brass where sylva hails from.pdp won the remaining 7 lgas and the winning margin was less than 40,000 meanwhile dickson won same sylva with a margin of 400k in 2011.
Again in 2015,wike supported dickson but this time he supported alaibe.in 2015 alaibe was in apc and caused division and now he's doing same to pdp.again,almost all the militants now are with lyon an ex militant and their benefactor.even oil firms are with him.above all,he is very popular and far more loved than diri.majority of bayelsans are against dickson.
In addition to brass,apc now controls nembe,southern ijaw has some influence in ogbia,yenagoa and ekeremor.only kolokuma and sagbama are sure for pdp.so what will stop lyon's victory? Is a hated buhari can get 40% in bayelsa why wont a massively popular lyon win? Are you so spiteful of apc that you are incapable of objective reasoning?

Oyo state known for amala and gbegiri politics shaded ajimobi in the last election, the money gift of jagaban was also useless. They collected it and still sent apc packing, voting overwhelmingly that young man from pdp. Ondo too did same.

I didn't contradict myself in anyway. It's a reality. Bayelsa aren't like us in the south west. I've heard an ijaw man say he'd rather sleep on his boat than collect money from APC and use it to build a house. Ijaw is a unified ethnic group. Its normal to boast.buhari was never going to win any ss,se state,he just needed significant margins and he got it.he lost edo by 8000 votes,he even more lgas.that is an indirect victory if you compare it to what pdp usually polled in edo.in summary,the tide in bayelsa has turned in favorite of apc.the frantic and desperate moves of dickson and pdp or the calmness of apc should tell you who is ahead
