A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to Omoyele Sowore and his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare.

Justice Chioma Ojukwu granted bail to Sowore in the sum of N100m with two sureties in like sum.
The sureties who must reside in Abuja with landed assets worth the bail sum, will deposit the original title documents of the assets with the court.

The court also granted bail to Sowore's co-defendant, Olawale Bakare in the sum of N50m with one surety in like sum.

Treasonable felony isn't supposed to be a bailable offence, how come the two learned judges granted him bails separately?

This could be a pointer to the fact that the judges see the charges as trumped-up and watery.

For the sake of our democracy and Nigeria's image internationally, the Presidency who controls the DSS should not try any other funny move to still keep him in detention once he perfects his bail condition.

The bail conditions are too harsh and unreasonable. The part where he was barred from traveling out of Abuja makes no sense. His lawyers should immediately file an appeal against those unreasonable conditions.

Federal government of Nigeria is playing out a script.

This is Nnamdi kanu's script playing out again.

They're using sowore to control the real people clamouring for revolution.
They want to make sowore their leader and then when he collects money.

He will calm his followers down.
