Are you married? If yes, does your wife have experience in NOC A, 0 or B? Does she have a degree? Masters or two or more certificates like ND & HND, Bsc &PGD? (If she doesn’t have two or more, not to worry, there are other ways to get two or more quickly) If the answers are yes, she can be the principal applicant and all you need to do is support by writing IELTS, evaluating your transcript to boost her CRS points. Please go through page one to understand better also.

WES no longer requires WAEC to evaluate your transcript ma’am. If you read through the thread you would have seen several post on it.

Good morning good people...
So I just took the second step in my plans to move to Canada by paying for WES... cry cry cry
God this thing is expensive o... Like one month salary 64K.

Anyway so I know I have to apply at my university for my transcript to be sent to them but I also saw something about sending my certificate...

Now my question is does it mean I have to make a copy of my certificate and send it by courier post to them or is it something that can be uploaded to the site.

Thank you all

if you got a job while in the pool, you still have to provide POF, zero POF is meant for those in Canada applying under CEC
The help center on the CIC website says otherwise. Please find below screenshot. You are right about the CEClass but it also says other applicants are required to proof settlements fund unless they are currently authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada. Also because the system currently requires all applicants to provide proof of funds, applicants who do not need proof of funds must upload a letter of explanation that they have either been invited under the CEC or that you have a valid job offer. That’s how I read that. Please explain if I am reading it wrongly.

Dear PopularGingo,

Hope this meets you well.

Alberta sent me a Notification of Interest for their Provincial Nominee Program and I am currently filling the forms. I am not sure what answer to provide in some of the IRCC forms. Kindly help me answer the following questions.

1) In the 'APPLICATION DETAILS' section of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), what should I state as the category under which I am applying, Skilled Worker or Provincial Nominee? Please note that I have not yet been nominated by any province.

2) In the 'PERSONAL DETAILS' section of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), the 'UCI' field can only take 10 characters, but my UCI (CANxxxxxxxxxxxx) has 15 characters. Which characters should I include in the form?

3) I am required to fill form IMM 0008 Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees, and one of the questions is "which provincial government has nominated you?" Given that I have no nomination yet, what should be my response?

Thank you in anticipation of your response.

Best regards.
Please sir, help what was your crs score. You said Alberta sent you a notification for provincial nomination. We need this because it will help other people to be hopeful.

If you have never applied to CIC, you do not have a UCI number. It is made up of 8 -10 purely numeric characters. The CAN... is more like a dummy UCI

Please brothers and sisters, how long does it take from start to finish of this process? I only have a bsc + 2 years financial services experience, though I'm an engineering graduate.

Please how do I start to make sure I'm in Canada by August next year. I'm aware of the IELTS already

Your reply got me laughing along in Afrikaans!
Especially now that I remembered my evaluation alone cost me over 400k. Wifey's cost 84k or thereabout as I didn't know at the time I could use a local address in place of the Naija address I filled in. Welcome on board SyberKate. One of the synonyms of this EE is Spending Galore Reloaded. Pls brace up. It will end in praise for you as well.

Page 1 has all the info you need. Even better when you read through page 1 of part one to understand the whole process. Without understanding the whole process and how it works, you will be in Nigeria December next year
