PHCN don show us pepper for our area. Since 1st October, no light. Me wey no like generator (coz of the noise that gives me this feeling of insecurity), i finally decided to buy one today.

I did an extensive research online about the best brand to buy in terms of load carriage, durability, nose emission and fuel efficiency. And Sumec Firman ticked all the boxes.

I then remembered that we use a Sumec Firman (SPG 2900 model [2.2kva]) in our family house which we bought since January 2014, and it is still working perfectly to date.

So i made up my mind to go for that brand.

I first went to the LG showroom at Bode Thomas, but they sell only LG products there, so i just headed to Thermocool showroom at Lawanson.

That same model sells for 70,000 firm. I took note of the tips (on how to identify the original version) written on the tag and scrutinized the genset accordingly.

I decided to be a little explorative. I went to about three neighbouring smaller shops and checked out their versions and prices too.

Finally, i got a lesser price of 65,000naira.

i’m not talking about chairs here but your perception of agreeing and ignoring a seller when they buy goods and want to maybe triple its price and sell, I avoid and call out those type of people like a plague.. I as a human has every right to call out that the moment you place an item for sell... ignoring one vice allows it grow until generally every seller starts following the trend of buying cheap and triple charging for that same stuff.. Nigerians have a very funny way of business and I know the very reason why I’m pointing out this ... funny creatures always looking to cheat and ripoff whatever they can from any ignorant fellow..
