..sorry to disappoint u ..Anambra gutters are very clean and u hardly sees any dirt's or sewage inside it cos its steppy n flushes away easily unlike the ones found in ur overrated lagos

Recommend kee you there. This was a road better than most of the government built roads in Anambra State until your pay master came in to "repair" it for us.
