Let's face it, Enyinnaya Abaribe is one of the few intelligent people in your Senate.

Senate has become retirement home for governors who are obviously bereft of ideas.

I'm not surprised, it is covered by my point number 2. Unless oil gets to, or above $139 per barrel, we will be in deficit.

(On a related note...Saudi Arabia is opening its tourism industry wide...even to the point of allowing unmarried copules stay together! And Ecuador has cut subsides. Riots on the streets).

Thing is, if you are an oil producer, with the way oil prices are falling, deficits are going to be the order of the day. That's the harsh reality. And even if we elected a team of techoncrats in 2015 to take over from PDP....the same issues would be facing us.
