Do a background check about this guy you will find out he is the son of an elite and was trained abroad before coming back to Nigeria. As long as the elites wants their children to keep ruling the illiterate masses, they have continued in their denial of Northern Children the basic right to education. That is why the rate of out of school children in the North is at alarming rate. 30 years from the level of itteracy, poverty and religious and ethnic sentiment would have grown geometrically.
