but that device has been in existence since.

its in all the major departmental stores in nigeria.

it works in sync with the bar code and it use infra-red to read bar codes on product and crosscheck with the departmental store's computer to see if that item has been paid for.
if the item is not paid for, it raise alarm on u as u cross the sensor bar mounted on the exit and entrance doors.

it works by reading the barcode on product and crosscheck it with the departmental store computer database to see if the product has been checked out [that is paid for], if it sees that the product is not paid for, it will raise alarm as you cross the infra-red sensor bar mounted at the entrance and exit of the supermarket!

if you are in abuja go to bakangizo super store at wuse and try taking anything without paying!
if you like hide it in your stomach it will still detect it as not paid for and raise a low tune alarm and their security will arrest you.

By northern govs like kano.I mean,kwankwaso had a deliberate program during his tenure to sponsor students to European universities to read computer n engineering courses,and this is now paying off. thanks
