A man is currently in intensive care unit in a hospital in Benin after being beaten blue and black by some people who accused of him of stealing.

According to our source, a certain man known as Balawo in [b]Benin Oriage area near Ekiade Police station [/b]accused the "innocent" man of stealing which resulted t the beating.

The case however has been transfered to State CID.

Why would they beat an elderly man like this instead of handing him over to the police?

I wonder oh my broda. Also, people might walk around minding their business and not even pleading for police to be called. Trust me, bad news will not stop in Nigeria, for this man if innocent, will most definitely go after his accuser and beaters and i support him 100%.
