Life isn't hard. Our government just like making it hard for we citizens. If our government are ready to work, they know what to do. It wouldn't be hard for each state to have an online forum each. People can give report of a bad road on the forum with pictures, with that, the governor of the state can know which road needs urgent attention and every road to work on. RIP to the young surveyor.
