No be only civil servant- - Obiano has screw the past two female speakers of Anambra house of Assembly, Most of the female members of the state House of Assembly, Female Commissioners , notably Tourism commisioner, , Female SSAs and SAs. He is well known for requesting for sexual favour in return for appointment and that’s why he has over 230 female SAs even as he is reputed to be impotent.

This almost permanently drunk governor has brought too much immorality into the state with his insatiable appetite for blue films which led to the Chidimma Cucumber Episode which the apparatus of the State Broadcasting Service was used to film for him, and which he paid a lot to die the case.
