Relief for all #SexForGrades victims as Former Southwest Coordinator, National Association of Nigerian Students, Sunday Ashefon launched the ‘name and shame method’ as a viable weapon to expose lecturers sexually assaulting students.

According to the student leader, ‘NANS Sexual Harassment Register’, an online register, had been opened for students who had been assaulted sexually either for marks or cash by both male and female lecturers.

The NANS presidential aspirant and student of Ekiti State University, who made the link, https:///2OBwzFx, available to journalists in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital, on Saturday, described “Name and Shame as a viable weapon to expose any lecturer whose name was repeatedly mentioned by students of the same university”.

The former NANS Southwest coordinator, who is leading the campaign, according to a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Pelumi Fasogbon, has vowed to publish a graphical result of the poll when he eventually becomes the NANS president.

I even withnessed on small girl telling my lecturer friend she wanted to sleep with him he would pay for the whole logistics involved that she has wanted him even before he became her lecturer and dis smallie isn't upto 21 ooo....

What you people fail to realise is that such sex for grade sagas have wider implications for the society.

There is nothing that stops politicians from being exposed IN PARALLEL with sexual harassment being investigated at well. Is there anywhere it is written that it is one or the other? Let's stop this lame stylish defence of an act that is equally evil.

Someone apparently missed logical reasoning.
While this lout is defending an unnamed lecturer against an unnamed female student
Fatoyinbo's victims came out in public with their names and faces and point fingers at their abuser.

It will really help innocent female students who study hard but are frustrated by randy male lecturers.
Back then in school there was a pretty & brilliant Itsekiri girl that won most beautiful girl in her faculty, several lecturers in her department started disturbing her for sex, some even threaten to fail her during exams. But the interesting thing in this situation was that the lecturers who thretened to fail her were married men who are elders/pastors in churches outside campus.
She complained to me but I couldn't offer any help except advice. She reported to her HOD but nothing was done.

When the pressure became too much for her, she crossed her mind and she and her boyfriend setup one of the lecturerers and uploaded the video on youtube.
The lecturer was sacked, but the girl later forfeited her admission and got another one somewhere else.
The lecturer involved was an Elder in same church as the Vice Chancellor back then.
