The truth is people underestimated the influence of oshomole in Edo.

I always say obaseki is doing well but can't win an election cos he isn't a politician as Adams.

Lies. I am sure you really do not know anything about Edo state. just making silly comments. No one group is wholely behind obaseki. At the beginning obaseki had the sympathy of the masses but right now with series of failed projects, failed promises and focusing more on political fighting instead of governance and making more enemies the only salvation of APC will be to boot him out. Edo north has more population and bigger than Edo central.

Wetin u dy talk so....so is it only Etsako that's in Edo north. You clearly don't know Edo state because you're not an Edo person. For your information, Oshiomole belongs to the Etsako tribe and they have 3 local government out of the 6 in that senatorial district followed by the Ora people who have two and then Akoko Edo which is a mini Nigeria on its own. The Esan people in Edo central have 5 local government and they are more than the Etsakos. Outside the Benins they clearly are found everywhere in government.

I remember how Obaseki wasn't that loved in Edo state prior to the election that brought him in as Governor. It was Oshiomole that singlehandedly garner votes for this guy. Obaseki thinks he is wise. He isn't. There are better ways to handle the feud between him and oshiomole. He destroyed the working relationship between himself and Oshiomole, sacked all the local government representatives in all the local government and you think he is not going to have problems. Do you know that those in local government are the grass root policians who might use this opportunity for form allegiance with Oshiomole or at worst move to the opposition. His reelection is dicy and he has won many enemies in the political cycle than friends. What goes around has a way of coming around.
