Op, this is D worst those breasts will be. Give it a year, it will improve drastically however not as before pregnancy. If she adds weight, the breasts will too. Since u are passionate about it, buy virgin coconut oil and massage them daily. It will improve greatly. As I said before, this is D worst it can be. It only gets better I believe.
Also she shouldn't be tying her child on her back with wrapper. That stuff is not breast friendly.

Hello medical experts on nairaland, my wife gave birth to my first child less than 2 years ago, but since she weaned her, her breast has become incredibly flaccid...

I am a fan of petite round breast and flaccid is a turn off for me...
