The above statement doesnt say the person closing the door will be the one opening the new one. It only says another will surely be opened. One thing about the statement though is that the new opening is usually better and will be for the good of Nigeria.

explain.how do you mean, we should be talking about all the funds released for rice farming instead of complaining about border closure
