Yes, I officially welcome you all to this thread.

I know most of us are currently on IT but this thread will go a long way in preparing our minds toward the journey ahead, like schools to select, mode of selection etc

Share the school you graduated from, the ones you're aspiring for, course and grade.

Example:

School: The Polytechnic Ibadan. ND level

Schools in view(s): OAU, LAUTECH

Course: Computer engineering

Grade: Distinction

Oya, Diploma guys, Cambridge, IJMB, degree guys, former polytes (Ex DE-ites) welcome on board. Lastly, if you've been trying before don't relent THIS IS YOUR YEAR, just believe.

I am a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning with a CPGA of 4.01 from Imo state University. I am currently seeking a DE admission to study Architecture at UNIZIK Awka. I already sat for the DE exam and scored 52% which is above the department's cut off mark. The first list is out & I have not been given admission. I would like to know if there's something I need to do about this.

pls note that when filling out my application form, there was no provision for where I could fill my class of degree.

You have answered your question? You didn't write jamb, so wouldn't have jamb reg number. Are you in school presently or seeking DE admission?
Re: DIRECT ENTRY Admission. by johnsonm2g: 6:16pm On Oct 12, 2019
thanks. Seeking DE

You are welcome. How were you able to register for DE? Can you finish the whole process before your school start admitting? I think jamb can still admit you if you successfully registered without it, then you can go ahead with regularisation after admission. Just thinking.

Plz someone should help me with advice. My date of birth on jamb and o'level is diff, will it affect my DE?
Re: DIRECT ENTRY Admission. by johnsonm2g: 2:09am On Oct 13, 2019
No, I haven't registered for DE, however, I intend to... Hopefully next year. All I'm still battling with, is to get done with Jamb regularisation before next year. Thanks for your help so far.

And when is direct entry admission status going to be released??

Hi guys,
Please, I would like to hear from you guys about Medicine and Surgery D.E into OAU or any federal other school. Actually, I've finished my service year and I graduated from OOU with 3.85 cgpa in Anatomy.

Please what are the things to consider because I would like to put in for next year D.E and OOU is out of the equation.

Please, your response will be appreciated.

Guys, I studied biochemistry at the University of Port Harcourt and graduate in 2015 with a CGPA of 3.62. What are my chances of being admitted to a nursing programme in UI, Unilag or NOUN? I want to be able to keep doing my job while schooling. Is it possible?

Good day medics in the house...
I'm a 22 years old depressed MBBS aspirant with nothing in my mind but suicidal ideations.
I've been at home for 5 years now struggling for admission....
I wrote an A'level exam (IJMB) this year 2019 at KWASU and had 13points Bio: A, Chm:B, Phy:C
I applied to unilorin (MBBS, Direct Entry) and scored 80% all to no avail
pls I need advice and helpful information on schools that will grant me admission into MEDICINE AND SYRGERY 200lvl with my IJMB result of 13points come 2020...
my O'level is 3Cs and 2Bs.
The schools I have in mind are AAU, BUK, UNIMAID, UNIABUJA, ABU...
PLS any medical student with an helpful information or advice should pls give me...
I'm tired of being stagnant. Delay is killing!

1st u need to knw schools that accepts Ijmb, not schools that will state they accepts IJMB bt in reality they dnt.. Most schools nw offered JUPED.. which dey prefer to Admit instead of IJMB.. Try State universities.. Bt do ur background check well... Best of Luck

Don't take yourself too serious young man. Writing JAMB five times is not sickness...

wrote it about seven times before admission! (yes! seven). Now, a graduate with a nice job.

some of my guys those who gained admission at first attempt are still yet to find their footing (that's just reality).

Strategize well this time. As you await your admission, spend time to acquire one skill or another (I suggest you get digital skills)...

You are still a very young man with some time ahead.

Yes bro.

I guarantee by the time you get to school and finally graduate, you will realize how needless it is bothering yourself now.

Have a strategy in place, stick to it. Also have a back up plan...

My dear school rating matters alot.
UPH is not an ideal federal University to me. The cost of study there is on a high side as well.

For those of you who are worried that you chose Other Diploma during registration, fear no more cus Bayero just sent me a text message. Despite the fact that I chose Other Diploma, I have been offered admission by the University. I just checked JAMB Caps and there's nothing there concerning the admission offered sha.

BUK right? I have both BUK and ABU Zaria in mind. I intend apply for direct entry as well with my OND with a cgpa of 3.27 from Kogi state polytechnic. What are my chances and how do I go about it?
Re: DIRECT ENTRY Admission. by Vecto(m): 1:49pm On Oct 16, 2019
School: Kogistate Polytechnic
Course: Science lab tech
Grade: Upper credit
Level: OND
Schools in view: ABU Zaria, BUK

I have OND with a cgpa of 3.27. Can I use this for direct entry? I heard ABU is a hot cake and they are very selective, and that's why I'm having doubts about it.
Please how do I go about it? And what are my chances.
