This isn't true. NLC strike is to commence if no agreement is reached by end of 16th October. Many people misunderstood it to mean strike will commence 16th October. Today is s last day for negotiations |

Ecstasy154:. This is a misguided NLC which is easily deceived with empty promises. A sensible NLC will embark on the strike even for three days. That will make government expedite action on it.If three years is spent on negotiation is the whole exercise not just just a waste of time? At the end the presidency will reject the outcome of the meeting and form another committee.... Nothing has been achieved ...You called the strike off...This NLC is the problem of the Nigerian workers..... toothless gullible and senseless NLC |

Don't you know that it was the threat of strike that made government adjust and increase its offer?! Do you know that labour has been very patient (since May). You just stay here and write rubbish |
